For the love of waterfalls and food! Parked right by the Hengifoss trail, this little food truck serves traditional lamb soup, fresh-off-the-iron waffles (Grandma’s recipe), and homemade ice cream. Try the only sheep’s milk ice cream in Iceland, or if you prefer, vegan or gluten-free options. Swing by from May to October for well-earned treats before or after your hike.
