Hrunalaug Natural Hot Spring

This authentic bathing experience with three small pools was built by my (Gigi) great-great-grandfather. The first one was built in the late 1800s so his family could bathe and do the laundry. The second one was made of concrete at the beginning of the 1900s and was built for bathing the sheep. Today, the pools are mostly filled with happy travelers!
