The first croissant bar in Iceland, built around a single inspiration: the artisan baker Louis Tortochot. The founder has French roots and is also the owner of French Touch Café in Bolungarvík. The format here is simple: freshly baked croissants, split and filled with a rotating set of gourmet fillings, eaten right on the harbor.
